How long will it take to receive my order?

All jewelry is shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified on the order form. Items that are in stock will ship within 24 hours of the placed order. Jewelry pieces that are backordered ship within two weeks. You will receive an email from Cynthia Victoria once your order has shipped.

Is Cynthia Victoria Jewelry available in retail stores?

Yes, you can find Cynthia Victoria jewelry at select Macy's and designer boutiques throughout the United States. For a complete listing, visit our locations page.

How often is new jewelry added to the online store?

The jewelry featured on the web site contains items from the designer's current collection and some of the designer's favorite new pieces. New pieces are added every month to the online store and some of the older styles are removed.
